LRC Generator provides tools for creating, aligning, and exporting timestamped lyrics files (LRC files). Our services include:

  • Manual alignment of lyrics with audio
  • Automatic alignment of lyrics with audio using AI technology
  • Generation of timestamped lyrics directly from audio using AI transcription
  • Export of properly formatted LRC files

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans: LRC Generator offers different subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Credits System: Our service uses a credits-based system to track usage of premium features. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and are consumed when using automatic alignment and generation features.

4. AI Technology and Processing

AI Services: LRC Generator uses artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI's Whisper for transcription and GPT models for lyrics processing. By using these features, you acknowledge that your content will be temporarily processed by these AI services.

Accuracy: While we strive to provide high-quality results, AI-based transcription and alignment may not be perfect. The accuracy of our service depends on various factors including audio quality, clarity of speech, background noise, and language.

5. User Content and Rights

Your Content: All audio files and lyrics you process using LRC Generator remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Processing: For manual alignment, all processing happens locally in your browser. For automatic alignment and generation features, your content is temporarily processed by our servers and AI services but is not permanently stored.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you process using our service. You must have the necessary rights to use any audio files or lyrics you process.

6. Intellectual Property

The LRC Generator service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our explicit permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LRC Generator for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. Prohibited activities include:

  • Processing copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Using our service to distribute malware or harmful code
  • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our service
  • Abusing the service by exceeding reasonable usage limits or attempting to circumvent credit restrictions
  • Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization

Our service integrates with third-party services including Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for AI processing. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LRC Generator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that all results will be accurate or meet your requirements. We specifically disclaim any warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated transcriptions and alignments.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable subscription period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LRC Generator and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination
